Early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer agent improves the cement hydration rate and promotes the early strength development of cement.
Early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer; Poly Carboxylate Ether; Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE); Hyper Plasticizers; Polycarboxylic Acid Ether (PCA); Polycarboxylic Acid Superplasticizer; Water Reducing Agent; Water Reducing Admixture
The early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer agent improves the cement hydration rate and promotes the early strength development of cement without sacrificing concrete pumping performance. It was redesigned by introducing the larger special polyether side chain and adjusting molecular weight and structure of the polymer. The special polyether was redesigned by introducing the EO/PO block to adjust the HLB value to control the air-entraining property of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Furthermore, the size and stability of the bubble are optimized to improve air consistency. It can be widely used in precast concrete, pipe pile concrete, segment concrete, etc.
The dosage of the early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer is generally 0.3%-1.5% of the cementitious material and can be combined with other types of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, retarder, defoaming agent, air-entraining agent, etc. The compounding is used to make the concrete workability better. The dosage should be optimized by trial by using actual building materials to satisfy the project needs.
It can be transported, sealed, and stored in a 200 kg drum or 1000 kg IBC tank. It must avoid rain, water leakage, debris, or water evaporation. The storage period in sealed original packaging without sunlight can reach one year at 0~35°C. If you have any other questions, please contact us in time.
